Amman: The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has condemned the Iranian attacks targeting civilian and vital facilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, including Kuwait International Airport. Jordan stated that these attacks represent a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of both Bahrain and Kuwait, posing a threat to their security, stability, and territorial integrity, while also constituting a clear breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates reaffirmed Jordan's full solidarity with Bahrain and Kuwait. The ministry expressed support for all measures undertaken by the two nations to safeguard their sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of their citizens and residents.
The ministry further conveyed its sincere condolences to the government and people of Kuwait following the death of one person due to the attacks. Jordan also extended wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured in the incidents.
