Jordan Affirms Solidarity with Bahrain Following Iranian Attack

Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a phone call today from Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Safadi expressed Jordan's solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain following the Iranian attack carried out today using ballistic missiles and drones. He condemned the assault as a violation of international law, the United Nations Charter, and the principles of good-neighborly relations. Furthermore, he affirmed Jordan's support for Bahrain's efforts to safeguard its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

Dr. Al Zayani expressed his appreciation for Jordan's strong condemnation of the attack and its sincere solidarity with Bahrain. He emphasized Jordan's support for all measures taken to protect Bahrain's security and stability. Dr. Al Zayani also conveyed his wishes for the continued peace, security, and prosperity of Jordan and its people.
