Kuwait city: Manama: Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (IPA), emphasized the institute's commitment to nurturing national talent through its involvement in Youth City 2030. This initiative, organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in collaboration with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), aims to equip Bahraini youth with essential leadership, administrative, and personal skills, thereby preparing them for future challenges and contributing to Bahrain's overall development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative aligns with national efforts to empower youth under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who serves as the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. The IPA contributed to this initiative by conducting three specialized workshops focused on management, teamwork, communication, and emotional intelligence, all designed to enhance the professional and leadership skills of the participants.
Shaikha Rana bint Isa praised the ambition and dedication of Bahraini youth in enhancing their skills, underscoring the importance of investing in young talent to cultivate a generation capable of innovation and leadership. She also commended the Ministry of Youth Affairs for its role in organizing Youth City 2030, which has emerged as a premier national platform for youth development and empowerment in Bahrain.
