Manama: Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, received Alastair Long, the outgoing Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Bahrain. The minister highlighted the longstanding ties between Bahrain and the UK and commended the ambassador's efforts in strengthening bilateral cooperation. He wished him success in his future diplomatic assignments.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ambassador commended the cooperation between the two countries. He also expressed his appreciation for the support he received during his tenure in Bahrain, which contributed to the success of his diplomatic mission, and wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
