Information Affairs Minister, Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi, received here today the Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain, Yasser Mohammed Ahmed Shaban.
The minister lauded the deep-rooted solid fraternal Bahraini-Egyptian relations.
Al-Romaihi discussed with the envoy ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries across various fields, especially media.
The ambassador expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Information Affairs Minister, and conveyed to him the greeting and appreciation of the Egyptian government for the Bahrain radio and television’s distinguished coverage of Egypt’s national occasions, which, he said, reflects the depth of the long-standing relations between the two brotherly countries.
