Manama:Bahrain's stock market indices closed higher, with the Bahrain All Share Index finishing at 1,817.20 points, an increase of 2.54 points from its previous close.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the rise in the index was driven by gains in the Communications Services and Financials Sectors. The Bahrain Islamic Index also saw an increase, closing at 825.85 points, up by 3.25 points from the previous close.
The trading session recorded 105 equity transactions with a volume of 1,249,072, amounting to BD 340,918. The Financial Sector was the most active, accounting for 61.52% of the total value of securities traded.
