Manama:Ambassador Ahmed Mohammed Al Tarifi, Chief of the Arab and African Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in a dialogue session in celebration of Arab Day for Population and Development 2026. The event was organized by the Ministry of Youth in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Sustainable Development at the Bahrain Scientific Centre.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Ambassador Al Tarifi emphasized Bahrain's dedication to supporting young people through various government initiatives and civil society efforts. He also noted the Kingdom's contributions towards empowering youth, developing their capabilities, and enhancing their participation in development and community initiatives.
The ambassador further explored opportunities available for young people, highlighting the importance of skill development, modern education, and the significance of social and economic stability. Additionally, he stressed the need to promote awareness of a culture of peace and security.
