Manama:Bahrain FinTech Bay (BFB) has announced a strategic partnership through its sister company Innovate for Bahrain (I4BH) with Shaffra, an enterprise AI workforce platform originating from the GCC. This collaboration was unveiled at the Gateway Gulf 2026 investment forum, hosted by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the partnership will position I4BH as Shaffra's partner in Bahrain, introducing enterprise-grade AI solutions to both public and private sector organizations. Shaffra's AI employees have already been instrumental in saving over two million working hours per month in 2025 for enterprises and government entities.
The collaboration aims to develop new solutions using Shaffra's platform to address priority sectors, with potential expansion beyond Bahrain. Bader Sater, CEO of Bahrain FinTech Bay, highlighted that the partnership will make advanced technologies accessible to Bahraini organizations, facilitating local support throughout the implementation process.
Through this partnership, Bahraini entities will have access to AI employees for various functions, including customer service, sales, and project management. Shaffra's AI technology, which supports Arabic and English, will integrate into existing operations while ensuring data control and secure governance.
Alharith Alatawi, Co-Founder and CEO of Shaffra, expressed pride in the collaboration, which aims to enhance Bahraini business operations and efficiency. The partnership aligns with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030, promoting digital innovation and economic competitiveness across key sectors.
