Riffa: His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, serving as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), led the Trust's Board meeting today at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, His Highness emphasized the role of quality education in advancing the Kingdom's development objectives, which are guided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman stressed the necessity of forming strategic partnerships and initiating programs that can enhance the educational landscape in the Kingdom. The Board examined several key agenda items, notably receiving updates from the Investment and Property Management Committee on expanding partnerships with institutions that share the Trust's mission to provide high-quality education to the citizens of Bahrain.
Furthermore, His Highness directed an increase in the number of scholarships available for the 2025-2026 academic year, aiming to further assist students and increase opportunities for academic success. He also highlighted the critical role of cooperation between public and private sectors in creating new educational opportunities that contribute to the development of the Kingdom's human capital.
