Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,911.97 points, marking a decrease of 8.10 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financials sector and the materials sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 915.24 points, marking a decrease of 6.57 points below the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 156 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,963,029 worth BD 960,991. Investors traded mainly in the materials sector, representing 60.79% of the total value of securities traded.
