رئيس وزراء سانت كيتس ونيفيس ينطلق لتعزيز الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة

يساعد برنامج الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار، مع تزايد الشكوك حول ضوابط رأس المال والضرائب المرتفعة والاضطراب السياسي، المستثمرين ورواد الأعمال في الشرق الأوسط على ضمان الأمن والتنقل لأنفسهم ولعائلاتهم. سانت كيتس ونيفيس St Kitts and Nevis ظلت الوجهة الأولى لراغبي برنامج الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار بين عملاء الشرق الأوسط لعدة عقود. وقد تأسس برنامج الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار في سانت كيتس ونيفيس عام 1984، وهو الخيار الأطول أمداً في السوق ومع ما يقرب من أربعة عقود من الخبرة.

Foreign Minister visits Bahrain, UAE pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today visited the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion participating in Expo 2020 Dubai, under the theme “Density Weaves Opportunities”.

 

The Minister toured the pavilion and was briefed about the exhibits that represented the cultural heritage of the Kingdom with its well-known antiquity and diversity that reflects the plurality of kingdom’s successive civilisations and cultures. He was also briefed by the supervisors of the pavilion about the accompanying programmes and events, as well about the traditional industries and professions which attracted the attention of the visitors from all countries around the world.

 

Dr. Al-Zayani expressed his appreciation for the Kingdom’s pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, praising the distinguished architectural design of the building, and the dedicated efforts made by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities to enrich the Kingdom’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai, and achieving excellence in presentation. He also praised the participation of a group of young volunteers in organising the pavilion, which expresses their eagerness to contribute to serving their country with dedication.

The Minister also visited the UAE pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, where he was detailed about by its officials on its the contents and heritage design, which reflects the UAE’s past, present and future.

Dr. Al-Zayani expressed his admiration for what was included in the UAE’s pavilion and the exhibits that reflected the ancient past and the country’s efforts to keep pace with the times and look to the future.

770 employed, 300 trained within National Employment Program second edition

A total of 770 Bahrain job seekers holding various qualifications had been employed in 479 private companies and institutions on November 7-13, the Labor and Social Development Ministry has revealed, adding that 300 had benefited from various training programs during the same period.

 

The ministry indicated that 22,184 national job seekers have been employed so far in 6,154 institutions, out of the 25,000 targeted in the second edition of the National Employment Program in 2021 and the number of those who have received training has reached 10,393 to date, exceeding the 10,000 target for this year.

HM King expresses pride in BDF, brave personnel

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, today paid a visit to the General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).

 

Upon arrival, HM the King was welcomed by the BDF Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.

 

HM the King was accompanied by the Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.

 

HM King Hamad was welcomed by the Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and a number of senior BDF officers.

 

HM the King, the Supreme Commander, was informed about the future plans and programmes of the BDF’s various branches and units, expressing pride in the BDF and its brave personnel who have set the best examples of loyalty to the nation, courage and discipline.

 

HM the King expressed thanks to all the BDF affiliates for the tremendous efforts they are exerting to protect the kingdom’s glorious national achievements, attained thanks to the citizens’ dedication and their solidarity.

iGA Chief Executive: Digital transformation reduces government operating expenses by 82%

Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed said that the coronavirus pandemic showed great efficiency in managing crises in Bahrain, thanks to the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which gave the Kingdom high readiness in various fields, especially the information technology sector.

 

Al Qaed noted that the digital transformation led to a reduction of government operating expenses by up to 82%, and contributed to saving the time taken to complete the transaction by 76% without attending government service centers.

 

He explained that more than 1.6 million electronic transactions were completed in various electronic channels during the first half of this year. An increase of 95.8% compared to the same period last year, indicating that the total amounts paid from March 2020 to May 2021 are about 400,000,000 BD from more than 3,660,000 financial transactions.

 

He added that the value of the amounts paid through the national portal exceeded 215,000,000 BD, achieving an increase of 257% compared to last year.

 

The chief executive said that “Be Aware” application was downloaded more than 3 million times, and it has been used more than 40,218,436 times with an increase of 143% compared to the first half of last year.

 

Al Qaed said that iGA has provided about 600 services through the national portal, bahrain.bh. More than 100 services through mobile applications, which contributed to enabling users to complete their transactions electronically, 69% compared to the traditional formulation.

 

He noted that the official launch of the Employment Skills Portal is expected by the end of this year. He said that the platform will employ artificial intelligence to analyze big data, employ cloud computing policy, and will provide a government system that collects primary data from 12 government institutions. The portal works on revising the data and preparing analytical reports, and then they are submitted to decision-makers to help them formulate future employment policies in the public and private sectors.

Nasser bin Hamad Receives Leaders of Alaa Al Deen Project

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs has received Baron Éric de Rothschild, founder of Alaa Al Deen Project, and Dr Lia Baisar and several members of the French project on the sidelines of their official visit to the Kingdom.

 

Present in the meeting were  Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Aymen bin Tawfeeq Almoayed, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at the Foreign Ministry Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, as well as   Jerome Cauchard, French Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

On this occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser affirmed that the Royal vision of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain underlines His Majesty’s keenness towards the development, growth, and stability of various religions and peaceful co-existence as well as spreading openness and tolerance values.

 

He pointed out that the Kingdom supports Alaa Al Deen project which is being overseen by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) as well as establishing bridges among cultures and religions, which is one of the Kingdom’s pillars in the bright era of HM the King.

 

During the meeting, both parties discussed ways of collaboration with the leaders of the project. From their side, Baron Éric de Rothschild and Dr Lia expressed their thanks and gratitude to HH Shaikh Nasser for the warm welcome, and the visions he shared to allow the project to continue towards further prosperity.
