Manama: The Ministry of Youth Affairs and the Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Values of Nationalism (Bahrainouna) are continuing their partnership in the 15th edition of Youth City 2030. This event, organized by the ministry in collaboration with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), aims to strengthen national values and citizenship among young people through innovative programs and initiatives that combine training, interaction, and creativity. The initiative also seeks to reinforce national identity and respond to youth aspirations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Major General Mohammed bin Daina, General Supervisor of the Executive Office of Bahrainouna, expressed his gratitude for the support and attention given to Bahrainouna's activities by General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Ministerial Follow-up Committee for the National Plan. He noted that this support plays a crucial role in achieving the objectives of the national plan and enhances its mission of community engagement.
Major General bin Daina highlighted that Bahrainouna's participation in Youth City 2030 underscores its dedication to promoting national belonging and citizenship through innovative and interactive initiatives. He emphasized that the ongoing partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs reflects the cooperation among national institutions in investing in youth and fostering national values.
He further elaborated that this year's participation includes an expanded Bahrainouna pavilion featuring interactive experiences related to national values. The pavilion will host stage events, training programs, and an updated main competition focused on content creation and video blogging. This competition aims to encourage young people to produce digital content that reflects national identity.
Major General bin Daina affirmed that these initiatives leverage creative tools and modern technologies to enhance national belonging, boost youth engagement, and prepare a generation capable of contributing to the Kingdom's future.
