Manama:Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Bahrain's Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, recently held a meeting with Lorenzo Mariani, the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Italian company Leonardo.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was also attended by Andrea Catalano, the Ambassador of the Italian Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The discussions centered on the importance of fostering collaboration with prominent international firms to leverage their expertise for advancing technology and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Dr. Shaikh Abdullah stressed that such partnerships are crucial for enhancing service efficiency and boosting the competitiveness of Bahrain's transport and telecommunications sectors. Furthermore, he noted that these collaborations play a significant role in supporting sustainable development and aligning with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030.
