Manama:Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, actively participated in National Tree Week by planting saplings at the Andalus Garden. The event was attended by ministry officials and employees.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative is in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The third week of October has been designated as National Tree Week, aimed at promoting tree planting and environmental sustainability across the Kingdom.
