Manama: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has introduced the Real Estate Data and Indicators service on the Aqari platform, designed to improve the digital user experience by providing streamlined access to real estate data and indicators.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the enhanced service allows platform subscribers, such as investors and real estate developers, to access comprehensive and regularly updated real estate data from official sources. This supports informed decision-making, speeds up access to information, and reduces the time required for preparing feasibility studies.
The updated service features a more user-friendly interface, facilitating easier access to real estate data. Users can search by property number or locate properties via the map, thus improving service delivery and accelerating information access.
Ebrahim Mohamed Abul, CEO of RERA, emphasized that the development aligns with the authority's digital transformation goals, ensuring the provision of accurate real estate data. This initiative enhances transparency and efficiency in Bahrain's real estate market by supporting well-informed investment decisions.
Abul noted that the development underscores RERA's commitment to service re-engineering, enhancing procedural efficiency, and improving user experience while aligning with government best practices.
The government has documented and translated over 1,300 services, with around 800 undergoing development. These improvements are based on feedback from the National System for Suggestions and Complaints, investor input, and service evaluations, contributing to enhanced service quality and the government's digital transformation efforts.
