Manama:The Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) has entered into a platinum partnership agreement with Finpro, a financial technology company, for the 2026/2027 Golden Jubilee Season.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this partnership marks the first collaboration between REHC and Finpro Bahrain, adding the company to the Club's list of platinum partners for the upcoming season. Finpro Bahrain will also sponsor the Gulf of Bahrain Cup, which is set to debut as part of the Bahrain International Trophy race program.
The agreement was formalized by Majeed Mohammed Al Majid, Chief Operating Officer of REHC, and Shailendra Kulkarni, General Manager of Finpro Bahrain. Al Majid emphasized that the partnership is in line with REHC's strategy to enhance collaboration across sectors, aiming to advance horseracing and elevate race organization standards.
Kulkarni expressed pride in the partnership coinciding with REHC's Golden Jubilee season, highlighting Finpro's dedication to working with national institutions and advancing Bahrain's sports and economic sectors. He mentioned that the partnership aims to leverage Finpro's expertise in financial technology and the resources of the Finvasia Group to foster innovative financial solutions and infrastructure. This collaboration is Finpro's first with a national sports organization and signifies the Finvasia Group's long-term commitment to Bahrain.
