Manama:Abdulla Mohamed Al Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), met with Jean-Philippe Linteau, the Ambassador of Canada to the Kingdom of Bahrain, to discuss enhancing research collaboration.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening ties between think tanks and research institutions in Bahrain and Canada. The discussions aimed at promoting the exchange of expertise and knowledge on issues of mutual interest.
The Canadian Ambassador praised Derasat's efforts in facilitating dialogue and knowledge exchange on strategic topics. Al Ahmed highlighted the significance of bolstering cooperation with Canadian institutions in the fields of strategic studies, economics, energy, and international developments.
