Manama: Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Labour and Minister of Legal Affairs, underscored the significance of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme in nurturing national talent and equipping government employees with essential skills. This initiative supports the Kingdom of Bahrain's comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and guided by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during a meeting with participants of the programme's eleventh cohort, the minister stressed the need for investing in qualified national talent to address the changing demands of government work. He discussed the Ministry of Labour's initiatives to bolster employment, training, and opportunities for Bahraini talent in the labour market.
The minister also highlighted the efforts of the Ministry of Legal Affairs to enhance the government's legislative drafting and review system. This aligns with the Government Programme and Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. Participants expressed their gratitude to the minister and affirmed their dedication to serving the Kingdom of Bahrain.
