Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has extended his congratulations to the leadership of Ethiopia on the occasion of Derg Downfall Day. HRH Prince Salman sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency Taye Atske-Selassie Amde, the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH Prince Salman also sent a similar message of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Abiy Ahmed Ali, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia. The congratulatory gestures underscore the significance of Derg Downfall Day, marking a pivotal moment in Ethiopian history.
