HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Engages with Sponsors of Celebrate Bahrain Events

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, engaged today with private sector sponsors of the Celebrate Bahrain events at Riffa Palace. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasized the essential role of public-private partnerships in advancing the Kingdom's economic development, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored that the Celebrate Bahrain events are a testament to national collaboration, where Team Bahrain works together to promote the Kingdom's development. HRH expressed gratitude to all organisers and sponsors for their support of the National Day celebrations, highlighting the private sector's crucial role in national initiatives and tourism promotion.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister called for continued efforts to bolster the tourism sector, encouraging private sector participation in initiatives that highlight Bahrain's cultural heritage. This approach aims to enhance Bahrain's standing as a desirable tourist destination on both regional and international stages. HRH reiterated the Kingdom's development objectives, which include fostering public-private collaboration for accelerated national progress.

Private-sector sponsors expressed their appreciation for HRH's dedication to advancing these partnerships. Among the sponsors, the platinum category included the National Bank of Bahrain, the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, and GFH Financial Group. Gold sponsors were Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), the National Bank of Kuwait, and Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC). Silver sponsors were STC, Infracorp, and Ebrahim K. Kanoo B.S.C., while bronze sponsors included Beyon, AlSalam Bank, Khaleeji Bank, Urbaser, and Yousif Khalil Almoayyed and Sons Co.

The meeting was also attended by His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several senior officials.
