Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Order (28) of 2026 appointing the Kingdom of Bahrain's representatives to the Advisory Body of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The newly appointed members are Dr. Shaikha Maryam bint Hassan bin Ali Al Khalifa, Sabeeka Khalifa Al Fadhala, Dr. Mohammed Ali Hassan, Ahmed Sabah Al Saloom, and Hassan Eid Bukhamas. They will serve a three-year term.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister is tasked with implementing the provisions of this Order. The Order takes effect from the date of its issuance in the Official Gazette.
