Bahrain All Share and Islamic Indexes Record Decline

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index and Bahrain Islamic Index both recorded declines in their latest trading session. The Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,937.28 points, reflecting a decrease of 1.27 points from its previous closing level. This decline was largely attributed to a downturn in the financials sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a downward movement, closing at 922.06 points, which is 6.55 points lower than its last closing. The trading session featured 79 equity transactions, with a trading volume of 1,900,070 and a total value of BD 147,641.

Investors' activity was predominantly focused on the financials sector, which accounted for 80.11% of the total value of securities traded during the session.
