Higher Education Council (HEC) Secretary-General, HEC Board off Trustees’ Vice Chairperson, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received Bahrain’s Ambassador to Thailand Mona Abbas Radhi and wished her success in her diplomatic duties.
She stressed the importance of seizing all opportunites to expand joint cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Thailand in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
