Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has issued Edict (39) of 2026, appointing a new director at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA). This decision follows a proposal by the Minister of Labour, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the LMRA.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Mohammed Abdulmonem Mohammed Al Eid has been appointed as the Director of the Legal Affairs Directorate at the LMRA. He will be succeeding Mohammed Ahmed Mattar Al Busmait in this position. The Minister of Labour is tasked with implementing the provisions of this decision, which takes immediate effect from the issuance date and will be published in the Official Gazette.
