Beijing: China discovered 200 new non-oil and gas mineral deposits in 2025, including 16 gold and 11 iron deposits, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.According to Bahrain News Agency, geological exploration investment increased for the fifth consecutive year. During the 2021-2025 period, 398 new large and medium-sized deposits of strategic mineral resources, including oil and gas fields, were identified, as reported by Xinhua News Agency.
