Sakhir: Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), 'The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East', is gearing up for an eventful Friday, October 31, filled with activities for everyone to enjoy. Kicking off the day is Batelco Fitness on Track, a physical activity open to all members of the public, who can participate individually or with family and friends.
According to Bahrain News Agency, race enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience the thrill of speed on the Open Track, where they can push their cars or motorbikes to the limit in the safe environment of a world-renowned Formula 1 venue. Interested participants can book or gather more information via BIC's official website or by calling the BIC Hotline.
Batelco Fitness on Track will be held from 6 am to 10 am, offering a refreshing start to the weekend. Participants can choose between running, walking, or cycling, with runners and walkers utilizing BIC's 2.550-kilometre Inner Circuit, while cyclists enjoy the 3.543-kilometre Outer Circuit. There is also a dedicated area for children's cycling.
The participation fee is BD2 for cyclists and BD1 for runners, with free entry for children under 12 when accompanied by a paying adult. A Batelco Fitness on Track Season Pass is available for regular participants at BD15, granting access to all events through April 2026. Season Passes can be purchased by contacting the BIC Hotline.
Following the fitness activities, Open Track will commence from 11 am to 7 pm. Participants can take their private vehicles for a spin along BIC's 2.554-kilometre Inner Circuit, experiencing both daytime and nighttime driving conditions.
Advance booking offers a discounted rate for the full day at BD 82.500, half day at BD 55, and a single session at BD 22. On-the-day booking costs are higher. Additional instructor sessions, drivers, and passengers can join for an extra fee.
