Manama: The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), in collaboration with the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat), has announced the launch of its Beneficiary Satisfaction Index. This initiative aims to enhance institutional performance, improve the quality of humanitarian services, and align with best practices in humanitarian work.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Derasat will conduct a beneficiary satisfaction survey covering RHF's services and projects. The study will measure the satisfaction of approximately 2,000 beneficiaries using professional standards and scientific methodologies. It will involve designing survey tools, data collection and analysis through modern statistical methods, and preparing a comprehensive report with key findings and recommendations to support service enhancement and institutional performance.
Ebrahim Dalhan Aldoseri, Acting Secretary General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, emphasized that the study reflects RHF's commitment to improving institutional performance and adopting best practices. He stated that the initiative demonstrates RHF's dedication to applying scientific methodologies to evaluate services and gather feedback, thereby supporting continuous improvement and enhancing the quality of humanitarian programs and initiatives.
Abdulla Mohammed Al Ahmed, CEO of Derasat, affirmed that conducting the survey reflects the Centre's role in supporting evidence-based decision-making by providing accurate data based on scientific and statistical methodologies. He added that these efforts align with Bahrain's progress in digital services and the adoption of advanced technologies to deliver efficient services through digital channels and smart devices.
This collaboration between RHF and Derasat highlights the importance of national partnerships in advancing institutional development and enhancing the quality of humanitarian services, supporting RHF's strategic objectives, and increasing beneficiary satisfaction.
