According to Bahrain News Agency, UoB also distinguished itself by ranking seventh among Arab universities and 23rd globally in SDG 4, Quality Education. In the overall rankings, the university was placed in the 101-200 band globally, ranked 85th in Asia, 17th in the Arab world, and maintained its first-place standing locally.

This programme has been incorporated into all bachelor's degree programmes through two mandatory English language courses.
