Manama: The University of Bahrain The University of Bahrain (UoB) has upgraded its graduation certificate and transcript request service into a digital service via the national portal bahrain.bh. The new system reduces processing time from three working days to one day. It allows students to obtain certificates and transcripts electronically, with a QR code for instant verification against official records, improving reliability and simplifying procedures.
According to Bahrain News Agency, UoB stated the upgrade is part of its digital transformation efforts to improve efficiency, reduce time and effort for students and institutions, and enhance service delivery. Over 1,300 government services have been documented and published, with 800 re-engineered across sectors based on feedback from the "Tawasul" system, investor input, and service evaluation reports.
