Abu dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, received Asaad Al Shaibani, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and the Syrian Foreign Minister discussed relations between the two countries and the level of development in areas of cooperation, particularly in development and economic fields. These discussions aimed to align with their developmental priorities and mutual interests, bringing benefit and prosperity to their peoples.
The meeting also addressed regional issues of shared interest, with a focus on developments in the Middle East.
