Paris: Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications of Bahrain, engaged in discussions with Philippe Tabarot, the French Minister of Transport, during the Paris Air Show 2025. The meeting focused on evaluating the longstanding relationship between Bahrain and France, with an emphasis on improving collaborative efforts in civil aviation, ports, maritime, and land transport sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Shaikh Abdulla highlighted Bahrain's commitment to broadening cooperation with France, especially in the fields of aviation, transportation, and logistics services. He emphasized the need to leverage existing partnerships to develop strategic projects that would support sustainable economic growth and facilitate the exchange of advanced technical expertise.
Minister Philippe Tabarot appreciated Bahrain's active involvement in the Paris Air Show 2025 and expressed France's support for deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation in the transport sector. He stressed the importance of aligning such developments with international best practices.
