Manama: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, sent a cable of congratulations to Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC) of the United Arab Emirates, on the occasion of Union Pledge Day.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Musallam affirmed the Council of Representatives' commitment to continuing parliamentary cooperation and bilateral coordination with the FNC in support of the shared interests of the two countries and their peoples. He also wished the UAE continued progress and prosperity.
He also sent a cable of congratulations to Fahad Mohammed Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
