Shura Council and British University in Bahrain Forge Training and Research Partnership

Manama:The General Secretariat of the Shura Council and the British University in Bahrain have entered into a cooperation agreement focused on training and scientific research. This collaboration aims to broaden joint efforts and facilitate the exchange of expertise and specialized knowledge.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement was formalized by Shura Council Secretary-General Karima Mohammed Al Abbasi and British University in Bahrain President Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Janahi.

Al Abbasi emphasized that this agreement underscores the Secretariat's dedication to enhancing training programs and human resources through specialized academic expertise. The partnership is also set to promote studies and research in relevant fields, supporting the development of specialized training and knowledge initiatives and enriching legislative and academic content.

Dr. Janahi noted the importance of bolstering collaboration between academic institutions and national entities. He highlighted that the partnership will advance training initiatives, elevate youth awareness of legislative processes, and expand research cooperation through specialized studies, knowledge exchange, and sharing of expertise.

The agreement is anticipated to lay a foundation for joint training programs, workshops, academic and scientific events, and studies and research in designated areas.
