Manama:Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh received Dr. Necati Sancaktutan, the newly appointed Ambassador of Türkiye to Bahrain. The meeting underscored the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain and Türkiye.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Saleh highlighted the support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in advancing relations between the two countries. He emphasized the growing cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, culture, and healthcare, and stressed the importance of expanding bilateral partnerships and strengthening parliamentary ties through exchanges of expertise and visits.
Al Saleh also commended Türkiye's support for Bahrain and its efforts to promote regional security and stability. The Ambassador expressed his commitment to further strengthening relations with Bahrain, praising the Kingdom's development across various sectors. He reaffirmed Türkiye's support for Bahrain and regional stability amid continued attacks on the Gulf region.
