Manama: Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, sent cables of congratulations to Khalid Hilal Nasser Al Maawali, Chairman of the Omani Shura Council, and Sheikh AbdulMalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the Omani State Council, on the sixth anniversary of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said's accession to the throne. Al Saleh also sent a similar cable to Sayyid Faisal Hareb Hamad Al Busaidi, the Omani Ambassador to Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, these congratulatory messages were part of a series of diplomatic gestures marking the significant milestone in Oman's leadership.
