Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, engaged with Arab finance ministers at the Young Arab Leaders Forum, held on the sidelines of the World Government Summit 2025.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting included Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, alongside several Arab finance ministers and central bank governors who were part of the ninth Arab Fiscal Forum. Shaikh Salman brought greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.
The discussions underscored the historical ties between Bahrain and the UAE, highlighting ongoing cooperation and coordination in various spheres. Shaikh Salman praised the UAE for hosting the 9th Arab Fiscal Forum and the World Government Summit, emphasizing the significance of these events. The meeting also saw the presence of Khalid bin Ibrahim Humaidan, Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).
