Manama: BRAVE Combat Federation (BRAVE CF) provided a professional pathway for Bahraini mixed martial arts fighters over the past decade, from launching their professional careers to securing victories on the global stage and representing the Kingdom internationally.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during BRAVE CF's first decade, seven Bahraini fighters competed professionally in the organisation, with all seven recording at least one victory and a combined total of 25 wins. The seven fighters are Hamza Kooheji, Hussain Ayyad, Abdulla Al Yaqoob, Mohammed Al Sameea, Khalifa Janahi, Abdulrahman Ali Janahi, and Ali Hassan Marhoon.
Bahraini fighters have taken part in BRAVE CF events across eight countries: Bahrain, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, China, and Bulgaria. They have represented the Kingdom at the organisation's events across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Kooheji leads the Bahraini fighters with nine BRAVE CF victories, placing him second on the organisation's all-time wins list. He has also challenged for the BRAVE CF world title twice.
BRAVE Combat Federation, a Bahrain-based global professional mixed martial arts organisation, was established and launched from the Kingdom on September 23, 2016. The figures highlight its role and efforts as a key platform for developing Bahraini professional MMA talent.
