Jeddah: Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH from November 9 to 12, 2025, at the Jeddah Superdome under the theme 'From Mecca to the World.'
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event is organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and aims to highlight national initiatives to develop Hajj services and enhance the pilgrims' experience, in line with the Kingdom's ongoing efforts to advance the efficiency of the Hajj system across operational, organisational, and technological levels.
The four-day event will gather experts, specialists, and stakeholders from Saudi Arabia and abroad to exchange expertise, share best practices, and explore innovative solutions that respond to the evolving needs of pilgrims and global advancements in management and technology.
Spanning more than 52,000 square metres, the exhibition will host over 260 exhibitors from 13 sectors, including tourism, technology, healthcare, and operations. More than 95 speakers and experts are expected to present over 100 innovative ideas through 80 panel sessions and 60 workshops, with attendance projected to exceed 150,000 visitors.
The conference will also showcase several initiatives by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, including 'Eashathon,' which provides personalised meal options for pilgrims; 'Humanising the Holy Sites,' which enhances comfort and accessibility; and 'Sustainable Solutions,' integrating clean energy, smart cooling, and efficient resource management.
An 'Innovation Zone' will feature more than 15 emerging technology companies participating in field challenges to improve crowd management and operational efficiency using artificial intelligence and data analytics.
The event will also include the signing of strategic agreements and partnerships to enhance knowledge exchange and strengthen cooperation across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, particularly in digitalisation, systems integration, and service quality enhancement.
The conference will focus on key strategic themes such as digital transformation, smart management, and operational sustainability, which align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of God Service Program, both of which emphasise technological innovation and sustainability in improving pilgrims' experience.
The organisation of the conference reflects the Kingdom's comprehensive plan to develop the Hajj sector and its commitment to showcasing progress in service innovation, digital transformation, and smart management while strengthening collaboration to ensure high-quality services for pilgrims throughout their journey.
