Manama: Brigadier Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Medical Services (RMS), visited King Hamad University Hospital to check on those injured in an incident involving the targeting of a university and to review their treatment plans.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the visit, he affirmed that all capabilities, as well as medical and nursing staff, have been mobilised to provide the necessary care for the injured. He stated that the injured are in stable condition and are receiving continuous medical monitoring, noting that the medical system is operating at full readiness to support their recovery and ensure their return to normal life as soon as possible.
Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa also stressed the readiness of all hospitals and medical centres affiliated with the RMS to deal efficiently with various emergency cases, commending the coordination and professionalism demonstrated by the medical teams at King Hamad University Hospital in handling the cases according to the highest medical standards.
The injured and their families expressed appreciation for the visit and the direct follow-up, praising the level of care and attention provided to them.
