Made in GCC 2026 Forum and Exhibition Opens Registration for Inaugural Edition

Manama: The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Kingdom of Bahrain has announced the opening of online registration for the inaugural Made in GCC 2026 Forum and Exhibition. The event will take place from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Exhibition World Bahrain, under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and with the support of the leaders of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.According to Ministry of Industry and Commerce - Bahrain, the three-day event will feature a strategic Forum and a specialised industrial Exhibition. It aims to bring together senior government officials, industry leaders, chief executives, manufacturers, investors, and experts from across the GCC and beyond. The purpose is to establish 'Made in GCC' as a unified industrial identity for GCC states, enhance the presence and competitiveness of Gulf products, and support their access to regional and international markets. Additionally, the event will strengthen dialogue between governments and the private secto r on the priorities shaping the future of Gulf industry.The Forum and Exhibition will include a business-to-business meetings programme, connecting manufacturers, investors, buyers, distributors, and financing entities. These scheduled meetings will enable participants to explore supply, distribution, and investment partnership opportunities with counterparts from across the GCC and beyond.Made in GCC 2026 will coincide with meetings of the GCC Industrial Cooperation Committee and the GCC Commercial Cooperation Committee, which will be held in Manama in early October 2026. These meetings, chaired by the Kingdom of Bahrain, aim to connect the work of the Forum and Exhibition with broader GCC efforts to enhance industrial and commercial cooperation. They also align with the shared vision of GCC states to strengthen economic and industrial integration and support sustainable industrial development.The Forum will cover key themes such as industrial policies, regional value chains, supply chain resilience, a ccess to global markets, financing mechanisms, smart manufacturing, advanced technologies, sustainability, and national talent development. It will feature 8 panel sessions with more than 40 speakers, including decision-makers and industry leaders from across the GCC and beyond.The accompanying Exhibition will showcase leading industrial products, technologies, and solutions from the GCC. It will particularly highlight sectors such as petrochemicals and chemicals, aluminium and base metals, building materials, food industries and packaging, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, electrical and engineering equipment, and advanced industries and composite materials.
