Interior Ministry Human Resources Directorate Wins Global Continual Improvement Award

Manama: Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, received Major-General Adel Abdullah Ameen, Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, on the occasion of the Human Resources Directorate winning the Global Continual Improvement Award 2025 in the "Happiness and Engagement" category, presented by the Dubai Quality Group in the United Arab Emirates.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Undersecretary commended the efforts that contributed to securing the award. He noted that the achievement reflects the Ministry of Interior's success in promoting a culture of institutional excellence and adopting best administrative practices that support a positive work environment and sustainable development.

Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman stated that the achievement reflects the vision and directives of General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, aimed at investing in human capital and developing the work environment to enhance institutional performance and efficiency, supporting ongoing modernisation and development across the ministry's sectors.

Major-General Ameen remarked that winning the award represents recognition of the Human Resources Directorate's efforts in implementing development initiatives and specialised programmes aimed at enhancing employee happiness and promoting a culture of participation and innovation, positively impacting institutional performance and the quality of services provided.

He highlighted that the achievement was made possible through the support and directives of the Minister of Interior, the support of the Chief of Police, and the continued follow-up of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior. This contributed to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging employees to achieve excellence and high levels of institutional performance.
