Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with Simon Martin CMG, the Charg© d'Affaires of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace. The meeting focused on enhancing the strong ties between Bahrain and the UK, which are supported by strategic partnerships and key agreements, notably the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness underscored the significance of expanding joint coordination and cooperation across multiple sectors. He stressed the importance of creating additional opportunities for future collaboration that would advance bilateral relations and help achieve shared objectives.
The discussion also included an overview of the latest regional and international developments and areas of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several senior officials.
