Gudaibiya: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, recently held a meeting with HE Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and HE Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, at Gudaibiya Palace. The meeting was attended by deputies and members of both councils.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the accomplishments of Team Bahrain across sectors, a testament to the support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. These achievements are seen as a reflection of the Kingdom’s commitment to progress.
HRH the Crown Prince underscored the necessity of collaboration between the Executive and Legislative branches to effectively implement government plans that serve the Kingdom and its citizens. He praised the Legislative members for their role in addressing the needs and aspirations of the citizens.
The commitment of the Kingdom to develop measures across various sectors while enhancing services that focus on citizens was reaffirmed by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He emphasized the importance of adopting policies and executing plans that boost the national economy for the benefit of all.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa reiterated the Kingdom’s dedication to providing quality opportunities for citizens, emphasizing the use of resources to empower Bahrainis and advance the Kingdom’s development.
The Speaker of the Council of Representatives and the Chairman of the Shura Council expressed appreciation for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s dedication to fostering cooperation between the executive and legislative branches, which is vital for achieving Bahrain’s goals and prosperity for its citizens.
The meeting was also attended by key officials, including His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Deputy Prime Minister, HE General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, along with several senior officials.
