Housing Ministry and Eskan Bank Launch Mobile Housing Finance Branch at Seef Mall

Manama: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank are set to host the seventh edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative. The event will be held from Wednesday, December 3, to December 7, running daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Seef Mall, near Gate 2.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative is part of recent efforts by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, which include the launch of the Tomooh programme and the introduction of three digital services on the Baiti real estate platform. The event will offer citizens the opportunity to engage directly with representatives to gather information and have their questions answered regarding these services. Additionally, consultations will be provided on housing finance options, with explanations of the various provisions and criteria, as well as information about the Government Land Development Rights Programme.

The Baiti real estate platform will be showcased at the mall via an interactive digital screen. This feature allows citizens to explore its new electronic services and view thousands of properties that align with the "Tas'heel+" and "Tas'heel" programmes, as well as the newly introduced "Mazaya" programme. The platform lists housing units, plots, and apartments available across all governorates of the Kingdom, and offers features such as application status tracking, electronic reservation of housing properties, and digital property valuation.

The Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in coordination with the Housing Bank, to provide finance-related guidance and respond to citizens' inquiries about housing finance. The initiative aims to deliver quick and direct advisory services to citizens throughout the Kingdom's governorates.
