Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree-Law (41) of 2026, which amends certain provisions of the Civil Aviation Law originally promulgated by Law (14) of 2013. This decree follows a proposal by the Prime Minister and has received approval from the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the decree mandates that the Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their respective capacities, are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Decree-Law. The law is set to take effect from the date of its issuance in the Official Gazette.
