Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (4) of 2025, appointing Maryam Adnan Al Ansari to the Board of Directors of the Social Insurance Organisation (SIO). This decision follows the approval of the Cabinet.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the decree specifies that Maryam Adnan Al Ansari will represent the government as an employer on the board, replacing Osama bin Saleh Al Alawi. Her term will last until the end of the current board's tenure.
The decree mandates that the Prime Minister and relevant ministers are responsible for implementing the decision. It is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
