Manama: Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received Sergey Vershinin, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, in the presence of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Advisor.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Russian Federation in support of regional security and stability. His Highness noted the continued advancement of Bahrain-Russia relations, guided by the strategic vision of the leadership of both countries, which reflects the strength of bilateral cooperation and the steady growth of their partnership.
The meeting discussed regional and international developments and opportunities to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise between the two countries.
