Manama: His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), commended the Royal University for Women's gold sponsorship of the Gadeha Junior Camp.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad noted that the university's support reflects the complementary role of community institutions in supporting national initiatives aimed at developing young people and equipping them with leadership and life skills. His Highness highlighted the Royal University for Women's role as a leading academic institution and its contribution to education and the development of Bahraini professionals. He emphasized that developing young people's capabilities is a shared responsibility, and the partnership underscores the importance of cooperation between educational institutions and national initiatives in preparing a generation capable of leadership and contributing to the future.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad mentioned that the sponsorship contributes to promoting a culture of continuous learning and ambition among participants, in line with the camp's objectives of developing self-confidence, initiative, and the ability to address challenges. His Highness expressed appreciation for the partnership and its contribution to the success of the camp.
