GCC Secretary General Condemns Drone Attack Targeting Egypt’s Damietta Port

Rabat: Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), strongly condemned and denounced the drone attack targeting Damietta Port in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Albudaiwi said such terrorist attacks seek to undermine security and stability in the region. He reiterated the solidarity of the GCC member states with the Arab Republic of Egypt and their support for all measures it takes to protect its territory and safeguard its security and interests.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Albudaiwi emphasized the importance of international cooperation in combating terrorism and ensuring the safety of strategic locations. He called on the global community to intensify efforts to prevent such incidents and to hold accountable those responsible for orchestrating and executing such attacks.
