Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Ambassador Khalil Ibrahim Al Thawadi, the outgoing Assistant Secretary General, Head of Arab Affairs Sector and National Security Sector at the Arab League. Dr. Al Zayani commended Al Thawadi's contributions to enhancing Arab cooperation and advancing the Kingdom of Bahrain's diplomatic presence regionally and internationally.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Foreign Minister highlighted that Bahrain's leadership, under His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, places significant emphasis on diplomacy as a cornerstone of the Kingdom's foreign policy and international engagement.
On his part, Al Thawadi expressed appreciation for the support he received from Bahrain's leadership and the ministry throughout his career.
